Apparently, Amazon now delivers more of its own packages than Santa. All that's missing is Jeff Bezos in a Santa suit, sitting in an Amazon sleigh, pulled by eight fulfillment workers.

Merry Christmas to all! After having been sidelined for the last two months with bronchitis that turned into pneumonia, I am ready for some holiday spirit. I spent Thanksgiving in a hospital room, so I'm happy to say "I'm home for Christmas." I'm ready to get back to writing more on my story and ready to do more reviewing here. But most of all, I'm ready to get back to the barn to see my horses and donkeys. I've got a couple more weeks to go before I can do that.
I hope everyone is having a joyous holiday season. So from my house to yours...Merry Christmas, happy holidays, or however you celebrate it, and happy new year!

Thank you, Marilyn. I'm glad you're on the mend. T'is the season for bronchitis, I guess. A close friend of mine just got home from the hospital for the same reason. Give the horses a few green apples for me once you head back outdoors.

Thanks, Dirk...will do. Yes, bronchitis is some serious stuff. I've never had it before, but our weather down here in Dixieland is 70 degrees one day and 30 the next. I just read that bronchitis is spreading rapidly throughout our area this year.
