Topic: Winning Entry - Wildsound Writing and Film Festival

I'm please to announce that a short story I wrote, based on the first chapter of one of my ongoing novels, A Cartel's Revenge, has been selected as the winner of the August 2016 One-Page Short Story Contest held by the Wildsound Writing and Film Festival.  No money, but it's been read by an actor and posted on the internet. I used chapter one's title, A Dangerous Occupation as the title for the contest.

Excellent work! It is not easy to limit the words down AND still keep a great story. You should be very proud of the story and the accomplishment!
