I am a teacher of Adult Education. I have a Bachelor's Degree in English and a Masters Degree in Educational Studies. I am a former journalist and the co-author of Murder on the Barbary Coast, now available on Amazon. I have lived in Japan, been to Korea, driven 30 hours straight without sleep, beaten a professional fencer at saber style, studied three forms of martial arts, and once hiked 26 miles through a rainstorm while wearing shorts and an Aloha shirt. I enjoy history, hiking, science fiction, and old radio shows.
My co-author, James, is a San Francisco saloon historian.
