Phil Martin is a retired Navy veteran, US Army civilian and author of soon to be published novels Black and Navy Blue and The Night Patrolman. a lifelong teller of stories, Phil has spent the last decade as a technical writer and has had three short stories published as a finalist in Reedsy’s, weekly writing competition, and placed third in Fan Story’s writing contest. Phil was originally born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Phil has lived in Yokosuka, Japan, Sigonella, Sicily, and numerous states in the USA. An avid golfer who lives in a verdant suburb near Portland, Oregon with his family, Phil is thrilled to share the adventures and misadventures of his characters and knows readers will find something both refreshingly new and surprisingly familiar in his writing.
