Hi all,

Once again, I apologize for the crash of the site and the data loss. If you haven't read the statement on what happened, you can do so here:

We're now working to fix bugs and get the site running smoothly. I realize some of you are being told you have expired memberships. Please post below it that is the case and we will fix it. It may take a few days to straighten everything out.

Sol, I sent several messages about pro-rating, the six months you offered in addition to paying an additional month to reactivate my Premium membership for a total of ten months. Please confirm.

Yup. This will happen. We just need a day or two. There's a bug in the membership system we need to resolve first.

Sol says it's a bug and will be corrected. I went ahead and paid for one month to get on and check my work, then sent you a connection request.

I tried to send email to the support@thenextbigwriter address via the link in the notice at the site and the email bounces. I then forwarded it to email address   support@thenextbigwriter.com  and it went through. Your link is missing the    .com    on the end.

Good to see the site back, even if it is still a bit wonky!!

I paid again just this morning to get access. My membership was close to expiring, but I don't remember exactly when it does. I'm assuming the new payment will simply be carried over.

I paid again today (my premium membership was renewed in June) as it was the only way I could see anything.
