Hope they find the problem njc and you're back to your old self again!

And just for you, I should have the next chapter up in a moment. But don't worry about reviewing unless you're really up to it and have nothing better to do!

Janet, I added "mate" to the chapter, as you suggested. It's hilarious. I only use it once at the end when the AI is pissed off about the lack of respect. It says: Listen, Mate, I've asked you repeatedly to refer to me as Queen Aussie...

You're my hero! I think that spot is perfect! smile

Sounds about right. Although where I'm at, there's only one queen, Queen Aussie! tongue

Mmm, I like the idea of Windsor giving him some spine, it also seems to tie in well with the rest of the story. So there's one vote for that option for what it's worth! smile

O shit. njc, I hope you get better soon! I was also home last week for three days with a cold which is also because I've been working to many hours and weekends, but you sound really serious.

Don't worry about us - we'll be here. You just get better.

I was just thinking, I normally hesitate to advice this, but in your case, I think it will capture the Australian culture that Brain embraces with such enthusiasm perfectly - you need to work one "mate" in there, i.e. replace an "Admiral, please call me Aussie" with "Mate, call me Aussie" if that makes sense.

I'm very happy to know I'll, I mean, Aussie will be back! big_smile

Jangaroo is very original though! smile

*waves like a wanker*

Looking forward to chapter 2. I hope I'll be able to keep up this time around.

Tick tock. I don't see Charles writing cameos for you. Unless you're Abbix. She's in deep Bantha poodoo.

Actually, I think she's deep in the bantha, without a banthyscape.

I'm almost out of the bantha! wink big_smile

Amy and njc are next! smile

Does anyone know what happens in the following scenario: if I review someone, and they respond, and I go back into the review to leave more feedback, will they be notified about the additional comments? It's my impression the system doesn't support that. Correct?

You have to let them know, the system doesn't, no. I think I'm going to get a lot of surprises when I go back and re-read my reviews to start revising.

You made my day! And yep, you're still doing a speech at my second wedding. Since that isn't going well (good news for Mr. C - I think), I think I should start preparing you for Plan B - writing my speeches as an award winning famous Romance with a capital R author. smile

I think you have everybody. Rebecca has been quiet in the forums lately, but she's still alive because she continues to review my writing making brilliant suggestions. That's why Plan B is a definite go - all you guys gives me great ideas and I'm going to look so good. That's also why you'd have to write my speeches - I need to keep up the farce.

You've come to the right place! Everyone has their own strengths when it comes to reviewing writing. This is definitely a good group to belong to.

Just a quick bit of TNBW advice. We tend to reciprocate. Sometimes there's a miss or two, but for most, if you review someone's writing, they will return the favour and that's how it all begins.

If you need any pointers, just let us know!
