Happy to have you back, Denise. Really happy to hear the surgery went okay. That's what's in store for me if these steroid shots don't do the trick any more. According to my doctor, I have "De Quervain Tenosynovitis" in both my wrists. It isn't especially painful, but more of a steady pain that never goes all the way away. But, you probably know how that feels already, so I'll shut up.

Hey Bill....I had basal arthitis surgery of my left thumb. They remove the damaged bone then replace a tendon from your forearm to cushion the bones. Cast for five weeks, then they remove the pin and I go into a brace. Kinda long recoup but I had to do it. I had constant pain and I was dropping things all the time. But on an up note I've had time for my writing and am almost done with Forbidden Paradise. Have also put together a query package and have had some positive responce.....Fingers crossed....
