Married for nearly 17 years, I enjoy motor home camping on the Pacific coast with my husband, our sixteen year old adopted daughter, our parakeet and our dog, Charlie. Before retiring a few years ago I worked off and on for nearly 20 years as a preschool teacher in a Christian day care center. I love to read, write poetry, and edit an annual eight page family newsletter with a readership of over 100. Preserving my family's history and studying history are special interests passed on to me by my late father. God, church, family and country are all very important to me!
