I write mostly in emails, and to a relatively short list of contacts. Most of them are attempts at humor, some are serious (I call these my "soap box" emails), and some are very personal. I don't have any formal training, but wish I had pursued creative writing as a young man. This is my first experience with anything even approaching the general public.
