I've always been an avid reader and am beginning to (nervously) share some of the things I’ve written...mostly short stories until now. I've started a light fiction series inspired by the late Anne George. Though well educated, I don't consider myself an intellectual and am somewhat intimidated by literary types. But after perusing this site for a while, it seems to be respectful, not overly ostentatious and a relatively safe place to hone both my reading and writing my skills. I look forward to being a member.
