Profile Information

I am a late bloomer-have been an artist for all my life but have published 2 non-fiction books in the past 4 years and so the painting has been taking a back seat. I like to compare the creative activities of painting and writing - very similar thought processes and the same sensations of being "in the zone" when you know you are on the right track and doing your best work almost effortlessly. And they both get better over time...thankfully, since I have grown children now and plenty of time to devote to the things I love.
