My book was inspired by events I experienced while teaching English in the Japanese countryside. I lived in Japan for four years and loved it. By writing about it, I was able to revisit the country I call my second home. If you are interested in Japanese culture, I think you will find Tonbo ~ Dragonfly interesting. I am currently working on my second book which has nothing whatsoever to do with Japan.
