I'm a trial lawyer who specializes in business litigation and graduated from Georgetown in 1986. My avocation is writing fiction. Some of my favorite literaray works are "War and Peace," "The Brothers Karamazov," "The Iliad," "The Aeneid," "Blood Meridian," and "In Cold Blood." I love primal myths. The idea that stories are the seeds of a culture has always excited me. The ancient Greek stories and Virgil’s Aeneid are my favorites--raw, bleak, violent, and erotic, the poetry spare though evoking beautiful imagery and deep humanity.
