Daniel Middleton. Although a practitioner of Kuk Sool since 1976, Dr. Middleton began his martial arts training in 1973 and has studied a number of traditional Chinese martial arts during his career, and it is this varied martial arts background that brings a feeling of authority and authenticity to the martial arts practiced by the characters in Dragons of Antioch. A licensed chiropractor and freelance writer, Dr. Middleton is a 6th degree Black Belt and Master Instructor in the traditional Korean martial art of Kuk Sool Won, and has been teaching martial arts for over twenty-five years . He has published in a number of national martial arts and chiropractic periodicals and journals, and is a frequent contributor to Black Belt Magazine and tae Kwon Do Times. He has recently completed his first novel, Dragons of Antioch, a young adult martial arts fantasy that will soon be available through CreateSpace on amazon.com.
