I have been in love with writing for as long as I can remember. Maybe this is the reason that I keep going back to school. My BA is in Biology, and I am getting my MA in Biblical Literature. I enjoy school and I enjoy writing. I was born and raised in Chicago. I had a sheltered upbringing, but a very happy childhood. Growing up as an only child, I developed a very active imagination. At least that's what my family calls it. In elementary school I wrote lots of articles for the school newspaper. In high school I wrote poetry. Writing came easy to me then. As I got older it has become more difficult, but I can't quit. It just means I have to work harder. In addition to writing, I love to cook. Baking is my specialty. I also love to shop, especially for bargains. My other hobbies include photography, spinning, knitting, and scrapbooking. Interesting fact about me: I love to travel! I have visited thirteen countries.
