Profile Information

Annmarie O'Connor is a bizzarely cross-fertilised breed of Irish-American who has lived in Milan, Bologna, New York, London and Dublin. Having completed an MA in Literature and Publishing and studied theatre at the University of Bologna, she spent several years writing as freelance fashion journalist for ELLE, TRACE and Dazed and Confused interviewing the likes of Zandra Rhodes, Terry de Havilland and Marc Jacobs and working as a co-ordinator for The Oscar Moore Foundation screenwriting charity. When she's not working what's left of her press passs, she like to write poetry and flash fiction. Her work has been featured in several publications including Aesthetica, Mslexia, Lexikon, Manifold, Voyage, Identity Theory, Stimulus Respond and several anthologies. She currently resides in Dublin where she can be closer to The Guinness Storehouse - her true spiritual home.
