The Churlish Scribbler Profile

I spent many years trying to please editors. They were looking for Women's Stories, they were looking for Gothics--Chick Lit--I tried them all. Always too late. "We were seeking this last year." So I followed my own star and wrote what I liked. Now at least I have fun writing Thinking Person's Cosies, Agatha Christie modernized. No horror, no violence, but lots of puzzling intrigue.
