I'm a single mom aspiring to be a writer. I've never written anything before, but I have story in my head that I have to put down on paper before the characters take over my life. I love to read and often time find myself creating new story lines for the characters. I listen to music as I write - lyrics are a strong motivation and bring feelings out that would not normally come to the surface. Please forgive the grammatical errors - (point them out if you see them - I need all the help I can get in that department!)
