I've had an on again, off again type relationship with this site, not because I don't love it, but because my life hasn't always been conducive to writing/reading as much as I like, but things have settled a bit and over the past year, I've decided to allow myself to want this crazy dream of being a writer. So in the past year, I got serious. I got some shorts published and was actually paid for them. Paid enough in fact, that I qualified to join the Horror Writer's Association. I finished writing a novella that I will be self publishing on Amazon as soon as I feel it is pretty enough, and finished my first novel that I may query out or self publish as well. Haven't really decided yet. Anyway, I'm glad to be back and looking forward to working with my peers again.
