I am an ex Fireman and retired Body Guard. I have led a very colourful life and even had a stint as a nightclub singer in and around Liverpool for almost 10 years. I have recently re- retired after the first retirement turned into a disaster, losing the best part of a £million in a land scam in Spain. (Yes I got caught out by the Marbella land sharks). So, now back in the UK and back with the love of my life after a thirty year gap, (there's another story). Ready to scribble more nonsence and hopefully make some new pals along the way. I write short stories; some with humour, some serious. I have written a full length crime novel and am working on the second. The first is building up quite a catalogue of rejections, but I like it and so did my mum, bless her.
