I live in Florida, a life-long native of the Sunshine State. My children are grown (all four of them) and have given me ten grandkids and three great-grandkids, all beautiful, of course. 

My housemates the past five years have been two adorable little dogs. Toto, my fourteen-year-old rescued Yorkie, had to leave Jett, my ten-year-old chihuahua and me recently, and we miss her dearly.

I'm a retired English teacher, and I am finally doing what I have always wanted to do, writing novels and building websites to promote myself, but primarily other authors. 

So far I have written and published four romance/mystery novels, all of which have a bit of humor along with the suspense and romance. They also feature at least one physically disabled main character. I use my own disability as fodder for the writing mill, following what I always taught my students - "Write What You Know."

One of my "works in progress" continues my Grisholm County Chronicles as the fourth book. I Hope to have it finished and published by the end of the year along with a couple of other WIPs that will not be part of the series. My first novel, ADRIANNA, is my favorite among the books I have written and published. I may never be a "bestselling author" but I will continue to write...because it's what I do.
