Currently pursuing a career in wilderness therapy as a field guide with Open Sky (300+ field days). Completed a 2-month instructor development course with Outward Bound through the Rocky Mountains and Alaska in 2016. Served over 1,700 hours mentoring students in under-resourced schools with Americorps in 2016. Presented thesis research at Columbia University on Self-Compassion in LGBTQ+ Communities in 2015. Born and raised in Florida, I've had the opportunity to travel across the United States and the Mediterranean. I grew up in leadership roles in several branches of scouting.
