Hi Sol,

I entered the site today and had to update my billing. In the process I had to pay the new price for the site. I remember your saying that the long-term members from the old site were being grandfathered under the old rate. What happened to that? If it's a glitch, could you please look into it?  Thanks

A nice touch would be the ability to go to Billing and see when your current billing period ends.

Being on a very fixed income (which hasn't been updated for Cost of Living since 2004) I agree with you Janet, but I'm going to find it somewhere because I've learned so much just in the relatively short time I've been here. It'll be a stretch, but I think i can do it. maybe I'll find someone who wants a new or revised web page - dat'll do it.

Please send billing questions  to me directly. The forum is not a place to discuss individual billing issues.

Members who were paid members prior to the conversion should receive the grandfathered pricing. If you haven't, let me know and I'll look into why and resolve it.
