Topic: Problem with auto-renew on my premium membership
Hi Sol,
My account was set to renew today, but there seems to be some glitch in the system. Under "Active Services" it indicates I have a Premium Membership until June; but under "order history" my quarterly membership appears as expired. Most importantly, I'm not allowed to do any of the things I should be able to do as a premium member; I can't give or respond to in-line reviews, although my home page indicates I'm a premium member. Please help! I'd hoped to get a lot done on the site today, and this has thrown a big wrench in my plans.
