Topic: Not getting full points for review

I apologize if this problem has been addressed. But I just read several chapter's of Deb's Murder on the Sunday Gulch, and the chapter were assessed at, for example 1. 4025, yet I only received 1.12 points. Why is that? The problem occurred with every chapter. I received 20% fewer points! It seems a bit unfair given the amount of effort put into the reviews. On top of that we are getting deductions for edits. I'm ok with that, as long as we get full credit for reviews! (Of course I'll keep reading Deb's novel because it's fabulous!! But still ...)

Yes, I've had the exact same problem and reported it yesterday in another forum post. I haven't heard any reply yet as to the cause, whether the site value is too high, or the review points are too low. I'm glad to see it's not just me.

I didn't realize there was a bonus for quick reviews.  I'm glad to even get my review posted.  It takes me a while to find my way around...Sigh.  Irene aka Kyla

I am adding my 2 cents here b/c I can't find Tom's post about not getting any points for a 50+ word regular review. It's happened a couple of times now to me too.

Yeah. I agree, Janet. That has happened to me several times. I write over 50 words, yet get dinged because I didn't hit 50 according to the site.
