I auto renew every August. My billing now reads: Oct/12/2023-Apr/09/2024. Can you please correct this?

As for myself, I find my billing isn't what it was when I renewed. Now it reads Oct-2023 to May-2024. I paid for a full year, not 7 months.

It's because I gave an extra six month. Your account billing actually doesn't start. until May. Ignore what's on TNBW right now. It was the only way we could easily provide the extra months. The same should be true with Dagny. It should correct at some point in the future. If the account doesn't adjust, let me know and I'll find a solution.
Hello!! I just made it back - thanks Sol! - and am testing the waters to see if I could post here. I tried to start a new thread without any luck, but that's a small matter. Just glad to be here.
