Randy,
Congrats.  Now...do you know how much it costs to mail a book from the US to Canada? I do. About $40-$50 bucks!!! You'd better revise that offer of covering the postage to Canada!! That's why when authors do a Goodreads giveaway or any giveaway, they usually say within the US only.

I understand what you're saying. However, I have Canadians friends who are happy to take the books back home with them and mail them on my behalf. From the nearest Barnes and Noble, it's about two miles to the bridge to Canada. Still, perhaps I should modify my comment.

Share on FB. Tweet them. If you don't have Twitter yet, get it ASAP. And Instagram. Develop a website and a blog is also helpful. AND remember that anything you spend to promote, print, ship, ect. is tax deductible.
