Yes, by all means.  Put your pen to paper and let's see what you come up with.

I pressed a button not realizing, I ebooked 'Book I   Francisco and White Dove'.
I believe I did this prematurely.  I printed the 32 pages to go back and self edit.
Will there be a problem when I go back to change or add chapters on my book?
I searched for the ebook copy to see if I can delete or make changes and I can not find it.
Should I ignore what I've done or delete the ebook?
As far as I know it is not published in it's completed version.

Am I making sense?

Thank you so much for those who have spoken up for us beginners.  This is a great site. I have grown and learned much from those who have taken their time to critique me in kind and gentle ways. I appreciate what you have done for me.

Thanks again,  Nita Jean

Thank you so much for your valuable information.  I am at this place also.  I have checked out many publishers which cost an arm and a leg.  Self publishing for me. My next step is to check out Create Space.  Nita

OK, great.  Sounds logical.  Thanks again Tom

Today I started re-publishing my novel: Changed to Book I Francisco and White Dove.  This may have been asked before, but I didn't get it.  Should I delete or Hide chapters on the first version as I complete them?  Nita

So very helpful, Thank you Tom and Cobbler.  Moving forward, Nita

This is helpful to me as well.  Do you think being a beginner, I should do the second book idea? I have received a lot of helpful reviews.  How do I keep the in-line edits up and edit my book at the same time?  Another question: Should I write my whole book. then re-write or re-write as I go with each chapter.  My book has a lot of gaps. My first version seems to be just an outline or ideas. Much to do. Thank you, Nita

Happy New Year!  I am excited and feel extremely fortunate.  Already I have learned and rewrote my first chapter.  I was told to write in past tense in third person for a Traditional publishing co.
After my first review, I decided to go to my original thought and write in first person.  I am having difficulty on which genre I should be. My story is based on a true story of my ancestors but it could be a fictional romance book.  Thank you Norm for inviting me.  Nita

I've posted my first and second chapters. I don't know which genre it should be.  Am I at the right place?
