Topic: How do you upload pictures?

Kdot, Gacela, and I'm sure others, have uploaded pictures to their posts. How do you do that? I've tried the 'image' icon and got the runaround, I've tried cursing, and I'm about to say to heck with it, if you want to see the pictures of the characters, wait until its published.  Can anyone help me?

Hi, Rachel. You have to host your picture on a posting site, then use the URL in your site post using the Image icon. You can't host pictures on your own computer. It has to be a web site. I use my own web site, so I don't know any online hosting services. Google might give you a few free hosting sites.

Thanks, Doug. I figured out what I was doing wrong with the tNBW website. They didn't have a 'select' button unless you right-clicked. So far, so good.

For example, here's an Eagle. Hover your mouse over the picture and it should show you the URL used. If that doesn't work, try "Open picture in another tab". The Address Bar should show you my URL of Intellisigsys.net.

You have to upload the pictures to one these sites that host images (like https://postimages.org/), and then enter a link in your chapter, or forum post, to the said hosting site (like "https://i.postimg.cc/05hRTrXV/Helga.jpg").  I'm not sure if you've followed that procedure. The recommendation is not to upload large images for they they ages to upload on any user's screen.
