Zahid Zaman is a 31 year old psychology graduate who lives in England and likes reading books by Ursula Le guin, David Gemmel and Stephen King. He started writing at an early age and has completed 47 short horror and science fiction stories. He has won best psychological horror and best science fiction tie on demonminds website in 2003; his short story titled 'Dark woods' appeared in print in 'Halloween 2.0' by cyber pulp. He also came runner up in a competition held by the local library. His story 'moonlight Sonata' was sold to a magazine entitled 'Alternate Species' and also appeared in the print anthology called 'Project Contagion'. His story entitled 'Eternity' was voted as one of the best stories of 2004 on a web site called 'aphelion' and another story called 'Digital reality' has been published in the print anthology 'Tabloid purposes 3'. His story titled 'Tulia Bellona: the serial killers daughter' was the lead story in the print publication 'Ethreal Gazette'.
