I feel I approach my true artistic potential when I write. Literature lacks the physical limits mediums place on all other expressions of creative individuality (Paints, canvass, paper, stone, my body, voice, etc.). In words and thoughts, the boundries disappear. My mind creates splendour, poiniance, and characters, with only the English language (and its plethera words) and my wild imagination as limits. I've enjoyed evaluating others' writing for years, as well as creatively stringing words of my own together. He thinks life for a talented young man like him -- with an angelic singing-voice -- ought to mean more than tending goats. He dreams of escaping his lowly lot. Then dark tidings reach him. They hint at ancient evil. Rumours say Mowro has returned and chaos follows in the gray lord's shadow, but Stamm doesn't believe in fairy-tales. Perhaps he should, for in a world where -- unbeknownst to him -- music is magic, a good singing voice and a sense of curiosity can lead him to places no sane man would willingly go.
