I have written a compelling memoir that details my childhood spent in idyllic rural surroundings in southern Ireland and Sussex, England until trauma occurred that changed the course of my life, leading to depression as a teenager and a bid to end my own life aged 18. Miraculously, I survived and had a slow recovery, meeting variously, along the way, a priest, two prostitutes and the inventor of the Veggie Burger. Despite a diagnosis of manic depression at 23, I made a strong recovery and trained as a therapist in order to help others with similar problems. Now, I have completed my book and nearly have a second ready too, and am preparing to publish it whilst building a media profile through my blog http://countdowntopublication.blogspot.com
