Having worked in education for a good portion of my career I've always been an "editor" of sorts. That ability aside, I've written (for myself) since I was a child and have recently started working on formulating stories that the general public may enjoy as well. I hope that I not only provide but receive valuable feedback through participation here. Demographically -- I'm in my thirties, live in the Metro DC area, work for a service/support outsourcing firm at a local University. My dog Bear (she's a cocker spaniel) is usually curled up nearby as I write.
