Hi, this is Lynne here. I'm a born and bred Londoner, living with my husband and a mad cat in a terraced Edwardian house that we are finally getting round to updating after living here for 30 years. 

I'm an antiques dealer (mostly retired) now, but I used to be involved in publishing, selling foreign rights for several different publishers in my career, mainly specialising in illustrated non-fiction. It was a hectic, interesting time in my life, but I cherish the quiet and slower pace of my life now.

Mainly, because it has given me time to write. I've written bits and pieces since I was a teenager, but more than write, I read. The books I have read would fill a library, and I am sure that a lot of good things have rubbed off that is now being channelled into my work.

I have written one Middle Grade fantasy novel, waiting patiently (not) for it to be taken up and published, and am now started on the second volume in this series. Whilst I wait for the muse to help me along with this one, I am chancing my arm at short stories, which I am enjoying.
