I am a new author. I started writting when I was 9 years old. I would write short stories, mainly for my sister Susana to read. She really enjoyed them and was my first critic. I won writing awards in school, and high school in New York City. I have mostly written poetry, it has been an outlet to express myself and my feelings capturing the moment with words. I am working on my first book, and I know there will be more to come. What started mainly as an outlet to express myself, has become a burning passion in my heart.
