I am a wife of 41 years, a mother of two daughters and one son, a Grandmama to six grandhildren. I have lived in Georgia all of my life and love it here. I have a degree in Early Childhood Education, but decided to not go into  teacher, because I began to have health problems.  I graduated college the same year as my youngest child. I took several college classes with my youngest daughter and loved it. I have worked at several different jobs: a sales clerk in a woman's clothing store, a church secretary, schedular for monthly panel reviews for The Department of Family and Children Services at Juvenile Court and lastly at a Addiction Rehab for  Women with children. I am an only child and have always loved reading books. Some of my best friends have been books!  I have survived child sexual abuse, an alcoholic uncle,  breast cancer seven years ago, an ugly divorce with my first husband, the death of my first child multiple broken bones, the death of both parents and other family members.  I have a very close relationship with my Savior and believe that I can do all things through Him who strengthens me. I  have been looking for some encouragement to complete a novel I have been working on.
