I'm a biotech major, but writing is my priority. I've finished a draft of my first novel: Jonah. While editing it, I'm writing short stories and poetry. My first poem, "Brittle," will be published later this year. I'm proud of that because I can claim to be a published writer finally. Ultimately, I want Jonah published, and not self published as a vanity project, and I want to publish a collection of short stories and maybe a poetry anthology. I have a lot of ideas for novels, but that doesn't matter if I don't finish the first one.
