Hi, all! I am a 30 year old Momma of two beautiful little girls, my Tink and my Maddog- and no, that's not their real names- and a slightly mental Golden Retriever named Luke Skywalker. I am an avid reader who goes through at least four or five books a week, and I will read anything in print. I love romance novels (I know, I know, but they're fun), Harry Potter, Jane Austen, and the articles Stephen King writes at the back of Entertainment Weekly. I'm still slightly embarrased to call myself a writer, but it's something I'm working on. I get completely geeked out talking about Star Wars and music, and the playlist I blast while I'm writing will jump from Eminem to Nina Simone to Tom Petty to Tom Waits, from The Cure to Johnny Cash to Loreena McKennitt. I'm hardly ever subtle; my husband knows I'm mad at him when he gets home from work and I've got "Goodbye, Earl" playing out of every stereo in the house. I'm addicted to sugar free Red Bull and peanut butter toast, I'm a sucker for pop culture. I am a firm believer that, as Eleanor Roosevelt said "No one can make you feel inferior without your consent", so though I make most decisions based solely on emotion, I crave honest critiques on my work. I really think that writing, to us, is so important, and we don't do any of us any good by not telling the truth. Good luck.
