Profile Information

What does one do with an imagination that can make the most boring days into an epic adventure and the most peaceful evening an nightmare? I didn’t have an imaginary friend. I created imaginary universes with millions of people each with their own stories, hopes and dreams. A gift and a curse intertwined because no matter how happy my life was when darkness fell my mind conjured up things that would scare Lucifer himself. Luckily my friends and family were always there to remind me what was real and what was make believe. As time when on I found myself studying real life people. How they spoke to one another and interacted. While still endowed with an over-clocked imagination I found exploring more of the unlimited possibilities given to us within reality. It took some time before I discovered that putting the thoughts in my head down onto paper made my nights much more peaceful. It’s hard for me to consider myself a writer. I spent so much time daydreaming that I didn’t read many books. I felt that if I couldn’t name twenty authors and fifty books off the top of my head I had no business picking up a pen. However when you are awake in the dark and your eyes see not a dark room, but a workshop of mental wonders you have no choice but to write. I write what pop’s into my head and I write so that I and hopefully others will enjoy it. I’m forever leaning and improving and looking forward to new challenges. Even though I am African American I do not write for one group of people. I write for everyone to enjoy. I chose to use my first and middle initials for my pen name because I want my work to be looked at by color blind eye and an open mind.
