I'm sixty years of age, and for forty years I have avoided the drive to take my writing seriously. Ring any bells? I skirted the issue by pretending that a life working in television, and establishing a business as a commerccial sculptor would keep me sane. Three years ago i decided enough was enough, and to bite the bullet.
I currently have a day gig, like most writers, but I work through breaks, and hurl myself into my labours six hours a day. I'm now about to finish the third book in a quartet, and recently launched my first book, Mr Sorrow, with Amazon Books.
Having been fascinated by history all my life, and having degrees in modern history, and art history, its little wonder that I have incorporated that interest into a series of magic realist novels. Wish me luck, as I wish everyone with the balls to have a go.
