Fred May Profile

I was born in an old farm house in a small comunity in northeastern Mississippi. I attended school. I garduated from high school, and joined the navy hoping to be on a submarine. My ears wouldn't adapt to the depths of the ocean. I went from one extreme to another and ended up on an aircraft carrier, the Bon Homme Richard cva 31. I got out of the service in 1970 and decided to live in southern Califorina. In January of 1998 I was on my way to work at Viking Freight System and was rear-ended-by a pick-up and became disabled. In 2003 I wrote Ruffy And Me under the pen name of Franklin Dillard. It was dedicated to my daddy and mother. My daddy's middle name was Franklin and my mother's, mother's madden mame was Dillard. She gave me the middle mame of Dillard. I got it published with a print on demand publisher. I didn't have the money to pay them for all the publicity I needed to get recongnized.
