Eruka Profile

I'm currently 18 years old (until September of '07), and I just graduated from high school. My plans for the feature are a little vague, but I know that in the near future I have to attend Columbia College Chicago. I just have to take a year off for now to raise the money and apply for as many scholarships as possible. I grew up in a little town, and I've lived here my entire life. My writing isn't the best in the world, but I'm hoping to improve, because I really love doing it, and I want to minor in writing in college. (Major in acting.) They say to write what you know, and I know pain. I know what it's like to feel as though the things that your parents do, the people who're supposed to be the adults, is entirely your fault. I know what it's like to be broken hearted, and I can't help but make people miserable in my writing. So, if you like super happy stuff, I wouldn't encourage you to read what I have to say. :( The author I want to be most like is Kevin Brooks, so if you know who that is, then you know his endings are never that happy and sometimes they leave me feeling depressed.
