I'm just a struggling writer. DC NOIR is the first major novel that I finished (in 2000) and let me tell you, it's a monster 662 pages. Talk about needing an editor--but this site is just as good, if not better. This is great, though, because everyone is helping me get back on track and rewriting my monster -- 5,000 words at a time. So thanks. These days, I've been writing screenplays and tv scripts, which I believe has helped me solve my issues of too much exposition (a big problem in DC NOIR). I'm also working on a few new projects: THE HYENA PRINCE (A 13-year old boy discovers that he embodies the animal spirit of a once great African tribe and that the boy is to be king); PALACE OF PROSPERITY (A man goes into the Thar Desert of India in search of his missing fiancee and discovers the truth of a mythical palace of riches); and a few others. I'll start putting them up for review as soon as I can get through the rewrites for DC NOIR. Thanks! Keep reading and writing!
