I started writing at age nine. My teacher told me this writing was my destiny. I thought nothing of her comments. In 2002, some thirty years later, I retired from corporate America, became a consultant and embarked upon writing my first novel. In 2003, I started my second (never finished the first). In 2004, I attended a writers workshop and was told by a best selling author that I had strong writing skills and should consider publication. Now, two years later, I have a strong following but no published work. My goal is to publish one of my novels next year (2007).
