Bill owns a computer company he operates from his offices in New Hebron, Mississippi. The company. Scott Systems Inc was started in 1978 and creates business software that runs over the Internet in an ASP environment (aka. Cloud computing) Over the past 31 years, Bill has given seminars for IBM and other large corporations involved Data Modeling and Computer Assisted Software Engineering (CASE).
