Profile Information

My name is Julie Barnes a Certified Author's Assistant. I work virtually from my home as an author's assistant. I love everything about books - reading, buying, looking for, researching, looking at my bookshelf :-), etc. My favorite genres are self-help, most non-fiction, fiction and business. I enjoy working with author's that publish in these areas. I also attend authors event locally in the Kansas City area. I just became a member of The Writers Place. My goal in the future is to write a self help book so I'm also trying to learn as much as possible. I also enjoy reading the Writer's Digest magazine.
