Alan Rose Profile

I currently work as the sports editor for the Edwardsville Intelligencer newspaper in Edwardsville, IL. I cover local high school, college and professional sports in the form of game stories, features and columns. I am also an aspiring novelist and recently finished my first novel. I am currently in the process of attempting to discover a literary agent. In my free time I enjoy reading, watching movies, playing softball, working as a mobile dee-jay and hanging out with my friends. I like the idea of having people review my work on The Next Big Writer and was drawn in by the writing contests. Also, I look forward to reading other people's work.
