Topic: Another problem

Hi,

I received two very nice regular reviews.  I didn't reply right away after I read them.  Now I can't reply.  I didn't realize if I closed the screen, I could no longer reply back on that specific review.

Grrr!

Am I yet again doing something wrong?

You can reply anytime. Just go to your reviews received, open the review and you can then reply. There is even a filter so that you can find reviews received that yo have not responded to yet.

I cannot figure out how to get there.

The review no longer offers that option.
I can't seem to figure how to open it again.

Okay, I can't reach it from my portfolio at all.
I was in the completely wrong place.

I had to go back to the front screen which now says 0 ...then click all reviews, sort it for received ...THEN I could reopen it.

All right.  Just seemed odd I couldn't get to it from the Portfolio page.

Actually, you can. If you go to the Statistics tab on the Portfolio section you can click over to reviews from there.

I have no idea how to get to statistics. I'm sure it's in here somewhere.

Go to your portfolio page. There is a tab that says Statistics on the upper  left of the page.
