points & Connecticut

If it were enabled would this mean that a writer would post to all groups with one set of points required to do so? Actually, I still have not posted to the new site. Can someone refer me to the wiki for this? TX

ALSO: I would like to read fiction, in any genre, new or old, on this site, about central Connecticut, specifically: the small towns of The Valley; Derby, Ansonia, Woodbury, Shelton, etc. or the distant suburbs of New Haven.
