I would say it depends on what the posting display search is based on. My preference would be that there be a heading for new chapters whether from old or new books and a heading for new books. So the headings would be New Books and New Chapters.

Completed a review of Randall's 'Kurdish Connection" Chapters 4 and 5.

I copied the text from my homepage.
New Books is definitely a label.

I've been waiting for the icon version of the new stuff listings on the home page to grow on me, but it hasn't. It doesn't tell me what I want to know and it seems too buggy. Call me nostalgic, but the positive feedback from the quick turnaround from chapter post to seeing it on the old list marquee was gratifying. Now it seems hit or miss. The new book label is misleading. New chapter posts will show up there and I'll have newcomers review and they think it's the first chapter. So,  I think the new book section needs debugged and a new chapter post section should be added. I'd prefer that the chapter post section be icon free, so more items can be listed.

Some of you might be confused that I have two versions posted of Girl Who Lost the Earth Book One, Krudges. The older version (A to O) is for my review group to look over. The newer version contains the latest drafts and is posted to receive fresh reviews. If you have never started reviewing the book, go with the new version. If you have some familiarity with the book continue with the old version. Revisions are posted to both.

By the way if you are looking for a group to review all the chapters of your novel, apply to the A to O group. We rotate in the review process and members are expected to provide thorough reviews.

Since everyone's chapter lengths are different, I've decided to do an approximate equal amount of word review for each author in my rotation. So, I'm doing multiple chapters at a time. Getting orientated to the genre and storyverse and picking up on the gist of the story flow is easier by this method.

Completed reviews of CH 19 and 20 of State of Vengeance.

Completed reviews of CH 17 and 18 of State of Vengeance.

Completed reviews of CH 4-7 of Day of Darkness. I was getting disorientated doing single chapters. Doing a few at a time puts me in a better reviewing groove.

Completed a review of Ann's "Aloha Spirit" chapter 3.

Completed a review of CJ's "Raven's Curse" Chapter 3.

I've tried three different browsers and I can't copy and paste into the inline review boxes. What's happening?

Completed a review of Randall's "Kurdish Connection" Chapter 3

Completed Cobber's State of Vengeance Chapter 16

Completed Stefanie's Day of Darkness Chapter 3

Completed a review of Chapter 2 of Ann Walters' Aloha Spirit

Completed a review of CJ's "Raven's Curse" Chapter 2.

Completed a review of Randall's "Kurdish Connection" Chapter 2

I completed chapter 2 of Day of Darkness and Chapter 15 of State of Vengeance.

Finished chapter 12 of Souring Seas. I've completed all the  chapter reviews for Jube and Alkemi's stories. I've also finished reviews for 14 State of Vengeance's chapters.

I feel inclined to bring the other story reviews to parity. Does this fall in line with the group's intent?

Finished chapter one of the Kurdish connection. It's out of the rotation. But, Randy pulled the story before I had finished my original review. So, I wanted to make sure I had done a chapter one for everyone before proceeding to the next on the list.

Completed a review of Aloha Chapter one, Honolulu 1922. Sorry it took so long. Must have had reviewers block.

Did someone turn this group's points off? It's not my main motivator but it's still nice to recieve points for review. I didn't notice it till I posted a separate copy of my novel to the group and saw that no points would be rewarded for reviewing my chapters.

If we have reviewed a story in the old way should we redo in in-line review? This applies to Jube's story in my case. I plan to, unless the group has other ideas.

Since it appears I'm unable to repost chapters for public consumption, I'll have one version with A to O in the title for our group and the original title as a new story to post chapters for public consumption.

So, review the A to O Krudges (I will limit change posting to this group) when the new story is posted.

Since it appears I'm unable to repost chapters for public consumption, I'll have one version with A to O in the title for our group and the original title as a new story to post chapters for public consumption.
